Per rules, you need to give a written notice to the bank and give them 1 month to resolve it. Hence i suggested ashwin copy ombudsman so that Axis bank knows that they are dealing with serious stuff here. I had 2 ABN complaints resolved within 24 hrs this way after trying to solve it for more than 6 months with them directly.
