I have never been to Basar, and when I referred my district maps, I found that Basar was in the other bank of Godavari in Adilabad District, hence the doubt.

actually the road goes via nizamabad only. one has to enter nizamabad town and exit. i had been to basar three years back. on ordinary days darshan is no problem. the temple is exactly on the banks of godavari. just before basar one has to cross godavari. road is good from nizamabad. i think it is around 30-40km form nizamabad. it took us approximately 40 min from nizamabad.
