Other potentially high revenue earners:

1) Driving on the wrong side of the road
2) Driving without rear view mirrors
3) Driving with High beam
4) Parking in such a way that traffic is obstructed
5) ....

Please continue the list - i'm sure this will probably double/treble/quadruple the revenue, and we will all get a reduction in the various road taxes/vehicle taxes. Yeah right!
