I would recommend a bigger sub to the current 8". 12" subs can go much lower than 8", which would be better for your kids' choice of music. I presume there will not be much of a difference in price. A good VFM subwoofer would be JBL GT4-12 (CS1204). Again, you may audition many brands before deciding. | basic! hello!
