For your 1st query: The dies (stamping / inj molds / blow molds etc) manufactured by the auto manufacturers will be available with them. Moreover, they would have manufactured some parts and already kept in their w/h. Hence d not worry about the spares for next 10 years.
For your 2nd query: Zen cars are in very much demand right now. Hence do not worry about the resale value now or down the line for another 5 years. This will be same as Qualis.
