Recently had a crash. FRont bumper replacement was in need. Also some other touchups like Fog lamp grill, turn indicator lights etc.

I was given an estimate of 35K. I paid only 5K as difference amount.(costs probably around 10-11K)
That's a reduction by 2/3. Also dealer installed a missed air dam wing (small wing on the air dam covering the front bumper) for free.

This was about 3 weeks ago.

SADLY.......... Also the service quality which I used to appreciate a lot has come down big time. The fit and finish was so bad I had to hammer the service manager. He promised to get it done properly though and I am supposed to send the car this monday.
