My Innova insured with Bajaj Allianz, I know people there
They give pretty good discounts and Ravindu toyota suggests them as well.
According to me If we stick to one service station then go with the insurance company they recommand for cashless and smooth claim.
The claim totally depends on the damage and situation.
Private companies have userfriendly environment where as governement based have their own rules and strategies, thats what I can see with my past experiences.
