see, if you are fine with it, then keep it, but you will hear a difference for sure when you upgrade to a better amp. baaki, if you happy, we happy. :-)

it is a good decision to go for the 0g wiring. You have a crdi? or petrol.

can you switch off the lights(sub, comps)

i once tried to get the MDF cut from professional aari wala(table saw?) he cut it wrong. it took me 2 days to correct everything and i ended up with a small enclosure. lol now i DIY.
