Its called a Tail Tidy (no idea why!).
Where did you get your charging point from? Its NEAT as it doubles up as the mounting point. I have a mount (metal - no charging point) for my camcorder, but the damn bike thumps so much at idle and low revvs that anyone watching the video will get a headache!!! Could do with a charging point for my mobile, though - esp since it also doubles up as a GPS and therefore consumes more power.
