Yes OLD Nero wont work, 6 was one of the best version of NERO. OFFICE XP wont Work, 2003 will work after u have fixed the permissions. Dont know about pirated thing but i m running 1 pirated software on it and its working fine but its the latest version designed for vista

Frankly i am OK OK at computers and i am finding it a bit difficult to cope up with VISTA as compared to XP. When i shifted from 98 to XP it was easy!
