Also another thing when an application crashes in Vista how many of you send error reports thru its automated reporting system? Doing this helps the company know of the most popular errors being faced by windows users and helps them in prioritizing and fixing them.
Also how many people keep the system updated using the Windows or Microsoft update feature? Do this and you will find half of your problems solved.
