This is most likely because the SX4 has discs and ABS only in the front (atleast thats what the honda dealer told me)
However, I own the SX4 zxi and so far, the braking has been nothing short of awesome. Ofcourse, I havent driven the Civic so cant compare
but the rear end hasnt given out under me at even 100k (I tried in the demo car too
obviously never on my own car
)
