the mechanics at the service center seem to be competent, and they admitted that they tend to be stressed on weekends. They havent increased the infrastructure to cope with the increased workload. Everything is fine on weekdays though.
I think at least some of the blame lies with the clueless PYT's who handle the calls and the customers .
