I suggest lets have meet place within Karnataka instead of going out of state. Lets come up with good places within Karnataka so we will be proud to see places of Karnataka.

As of now I can think

Sangama/MekeDatu (via kanakapura or mysore road) distance aprox. 110km
Somanath Pura very beautifull Temple 120km
ShravanaBelagola , 150km, mangalore highway or via mysore road
Shivagange Betta and trekking -> 65km towards tumkur

There are lot of places around where we have complete roads instead of trying places where road work in progress
