They do these community services as a part of their service to the community. In Bidadi where the TKM plant is set up, they have already taken up a school and they are sponsoring the education of the school. They have constructed and donated a new school building (Govt school) to the poor and needy people. This was around 3~4 years back.
Even the Infosys foundation is upto the social jobs like this.
Our Govt should be ashamed of these corporates as they are not able to implement the same.
