There has been some official confirmation earlier from FIAT that "High capacity" MJD engines will be reserved for FIAT and its brands. I dont know whether 1.9 MJD includes in that.

Similar things were said about the 1.3 version too. But then FiAT decided to doze off while others laughed to the bank. Hope this doesn't continue for long.  :
