I got your email ID from the FIAT Palio Users group. And am writing to you to address a specific issue.

Having been a lifelong FIAT fan, we had paid the down payment for a 1.1 SLX (though we secretly aspire for the Grande Punto) in August 2007 !!
But on a little introspection on ourselves, we had asked Concorde Motors, Chennai, where we had made the booking, to hold it until the Palio 1.3 MJD was here. And transfer our booking to it.
We have been waiting every since....

In the absence of any confirmation coming from the dealer, I take this opportunity to request your goodself to thrown light on when the much awaited 1.3 will hit the showrooms. I would be reitrating the obvious when I say there are atleast 600 odd people on different forums who are equally eager.

Pray, could you lay to rest with finality as to the actual date when the same will be in the showroom so that fans like us will have an answer for all the scorn from others that we have been subjected to.

We are happy that you are also looking forward to the Palio Stile Multijet.

I am unable to share the exact date of the launch, but I can share that it is being launched in March 2008.

@praveen.... He cant share the exact date with you and its pretty obvious. He has mentioned march as the official launch month and I think its good enough.
