Both share the same engine (albeit in different state of tunes), made in the same factory, share a lot of common things and yet address different customer segments. I perhaps happen to be from the no man's land ( in these two segments) and hence, was thinking loudly at this forum to get opinions.

Totally in the same boat! Unless the first few test drives/ownership reports indicate something to worry about, or in the flesh it looks much worse than in the pics (to my eyes, i.e.), I'm more or less committed to get one this year.
