I also happened to see both vehicles side by side at the show room and have posted my views on the Grande at other threads which I do not want to repeat. The major plus points for me are the front facing 3rd row, reclining middle row, 4 mulitidirectional AC vents for the 2nd and 3rd rows with lights for all three rows.
One more difference for serious off-roaders - the Safari has a 205mm ground clearance to the Sumo Grande's 180mm; or does it not matter? |
