Perfect upsize for city vtec is 195/60-14 on stock alloys. If you want to spend on alloys, you could look upgrading to 15 inchers.
if you want pure grip and is okay with low tyre life i.e. around 25K blindly go for Yokos ES100. I'm not sure if S-drives are available in the size.
Let me warn you that they are extremely soft tyres and you might face some burst tyres as well but
they hold road like anything
For comfort, even I'm awaiting suggestions
but I guess Michelin Energy XM1 would be a nice option in 195/60-14 size.
