@beemer: Why dont you email the sales rep? In fact, they would have sent you a quote through email before you ordered..if you look into that, you will find the email ID of the sales rep's manager...CC that person and see if you get any response. Normally they claim 21 days for delivery, so you are within that limit I guess (though I got my XPS m1330 within 9 days) |
