It has start with Police:
1. Traffic police must mark lanes on all roads (these provide as 'guide' lines for drivers)
2. Educate people about these lanes.
For riders/drivers:
1. Understand & grasp what traffic police teach them
2. Learn to "Yield" - let others use first.
For RTO/Driving schools:
1. Instill traffic sense, along with capabilities to handle the vehicle. |
