Blow the tyres off the bikes and scooters who damn cares about the pedestrians walking over the footpath, you cannot fine them this is the best way. this is the horrible sight i see every other day in our city.
I think one more thing is its high time our BBMP does its home work before undertaking its projects ( Underpasses ) recent projects have really troubled everybody a lot and still doing the same.
