The RC is written by Govt Babu's.
Either of them as per the Book.

The Wind shield wiper has two speeds for operation.
The washer system works with pressure from the tire onto the washer. But that's not working(Some problem)

In the Chasis Number the No., 2 seems like a star, i mistook it to the 2.
The entry into RC is mentioned as 2 since the person who took the imprint might have mentioned it as 2.
This one is a bit puzzler as i have been checking lot of manuals for the same.
Any Body to give input on the " * " Star.
