They all will. And they wouldnt be the first ones to have over-played supposed advantages, if at least to attract customers. Darn if the customers dont return for second helping.
Sure they have forwarded numbers. But wonder how good are those numbers. Can you imagine - something that give 35% improvement - that would be like 3 generations ahead of current technology.
If it did work, everyone would have been using, and it would have been promoted far & wide by all & sundry.

mpescatori have both put forward valid arguments. A single product
cannot help tweak behaviour of both Petrol & Diesel. For Petrol, higher Octane number will help it resist comubustion. FOr Diesel, a higher Cetane number will make it more combustible.
Of course we should test it before bashing it. All the more fun to bash it after testing. Till then, I'll prefer to be pessimistic.
We have discussed such products & such behaviour before. IIRC, a recent discussion had a member vociferously defending the product without having any numbers to show for the product performance. And he said he wasnt on their side !
