Apart from the rollover, there are chances that the vehicle might slip sideways towards the slope.

Such slopes are best aproached head on along with a little momentum to carry the vehicle across the obstacle. Secondly, this way you will end up leaving the slippery patch at the earliest. Even the tanks use the same technique to cross such obstacles.
