It is a 1956 model with the chrome embellishment on the hood scoop .

Four and only four Hawks were fielded by Studebaker-Packard in 1956.
1) Flight Hawk, which replaced the Champion
2) Power Hawk, which replaced the Commander
3) Sky Hawk, which replaced the President. This had a 289V8 with Borg-Warner Flightomatic Automatic Xmission and
4) the all new Golden Hawk, which had tail fins and 352V8 with Packard's Twin-Ultramatic Automatic Transmission.

By elimination, it's not the tailfinned Golden Hawk. It's not the Sky Hawk, because that had a pillarless hardtop with a chrome notch in the waistline.
The chrome strip on the rear wings means it's the 1956 Studebaker Power Hawk, not the stripper Flight Hawk.
So, there it is.

1956 Studebaker Power Hawk.

In fact the 1956 Power Hawk was even available in the Rangoon Red shown with a black roof. So @svsantosh, I took the liberty to paint your pic, to see how it would have looked.
