I would suggest:
- Get a Job card open, take a copy, thats your record.
- Speak personally to the technician from TATA, even if they dont allow you on the floor, ask them for reasons of the problems.
- Whereever possible, insist for replacement of all parts than rectification, that should put some pressure.
