Ok, let me get this correct. CSD would carry out the paperwork...so GS when you say buy it from Ludhiana or Jalandhar, do you mean from the CSD located in these places, or dealers located there.

Also, GS, you say buy it from Jalandhar/Ludhiana than from Delhi. Now, if I were to buy from Jal/Ldh and then register the car in Delhi, would the total cost come to same as what I would pay if I were buying directly from Delhi?
