I confirmed it again. I have an email from Rainbow Germany that says PTC never officially represented them. I have more details but lets not discuss that here.

Thank you for your concern sir. Fact is, Elettromedia is going through some changes and now have a different approach to business from what they used to be a few years ago. Just like any other partnership, sometimes its better to part ways. We were not happy about certain things and we do not compromise on support from the manufacturer we represent. They have to be 100% behind us. Of late, that wasn't happening.

I don't want to get into the details as we would not like to tarnish a brand we helped build in this country. But let's just say we have moved on to better things. As it stands today, we represent some of the best brands in the International ICE arena and we have our hands full.

Of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating, or in this case... "Hearing is Believing". I look forward to your comments once you hear the products.
