Autolit had these for sale a long time ago. Apparently dated to 1969. This is the earlier style of Matador and Viking, they later got rectangular headlights and a plastic grille lined up with them. The ambulance number plate reads BT 1968 which I assume is Bajaj Tempo 1968, which somewhat verifies the date.
Old Hindi movie buffs will remember the Ambulance famously featured in the Amitabh starrer "Trishul" where he roams around with the Ambulance anticipating the bad guys he would beat up!
