completely, for heavens sake things can go wrong with road usage. It was an accident and not done on purpose! Also test drive was consciously given to a prospective buyer.
I think once the current issue is sorted, the dealer has to be sued for mental and physical agony this guy was put through. I wouldnt go near this dealer anymore.
