you can go with 17 x 7.0 or 17 x 7.5 on the civic, bore dia should be equal to the stock wheel bore dia which you can measure with a scale. Offset can range between +38 to +43 depending upon the wheel design. Also, lip depends upon the design. The most common tire size youll find for the civic is 225/45/17
