Which Company leased car?

Can you guys help me deciding the cars for my usage?

Here are the inputs

1)Monthly running 1000km City traffic (office)+ ~150 km long drive
2) Self Driven
3) Sedan only
4) Planning to keep for min 3 yrs else 5 yrs
5) Need good mileage
6) average performance
7) Not the best but at least decent resell
8) Price bracket 7.5 - 8.5 lkh

Here are other things

We already brought Getz which has lot's of Space + good suspension.
But has less mileage .

So I am planning to use the new sedan for long trips. Also huge space no more high criteria , thanks to getz.

After driving Fiesta , Verna ( both diesel ) , Honda city

I am more inclined towards Fiesta because

1) Though verna is good , it is expensive to maintain than fiesta and milage is also less. If some owners have diffrent openion please let me know.

2) The new honda city is still going to take 8 months + will be expensive than the current model.

Basically any car which will cost me minimum after

Current car price
+ fuel + maintaince + any other cost (3 yrs , max 40000 km )

- Resell price after 3 yrs Or max 5 yrs

Will be my car.

So can you help me?
