I am not surprised!!

I had used Tata Broadband and only the bill used to come on time. The link used to be down most of the time. I got fed up with tracking complaints raised with the customer service and finally changed to BSNL.
BSNL connection is good, but it is difficult to reach customer service. The best experience was with Airtel Broadband when I was staying in Chennai.
