I had read a report sometime ago that most of the Traffic Cops own the towing trucks they are travelling; the towing truck owners get 50% of the amount paid as fine as their commission which means all the money goes to the Cops pocket and the guys on the van are paid a salary. So we cant do much even if we are right. |
