If your bike is aerodynamically limited (which i think it is), then there's very little you can do to gain 5-10kmph over your present top speed.

There are three basic ways of improving top speed and acceleration :
1. Lighter kerb weight
2. Better aerodynamics
3. More power

But, if the bike is limited by engine rpm, you can get the gear ratios changed.
