DieselFan, If I am right, all Maruti;s come with EPS and not hydraulic PS. In that case there should be no direct link between the engine;s power and the Steering (as would be the case in the Brake system). This may mean some issue with the EPS system, electricals, electronics, etc etc. Give some more description of your car and its history includings Tyre Mods, rims mods, accidents (if any), rough/good roads usage.
