15" wheels currently cost around 4-4.5k per piece (depending on brand/design/finish etc.) so that's going to be around 16-18k for 4. And 195/50 R15 tyres are going to cost you around 4.2k or so per tyre so that another 16-17k.
Ride should be pretty olerale on 15" unless the roads you travel on are absolutely pathetic.
