Intriguing as most of the 10 nations in the internet penetration are non english speaking nations.
India may not as the real value with internet pricing does not feature on a global level i.e. (US$ per average consumer user) or Average revenue per user.
Especially since purchasing of bandwidth is a dollar denominated transaction.
