ID:450 is a
1988 ARO 10.
The ARO 10 debuted in 1980 in four markets simultaneously under the names:
- Dacia 10 in Romania,
- ARO Trapeurs in France,
- ARO Ischia in Italy and
- Dacia Duster in the UK.
It was powered by a 1,397 cc petrol engine that could push the little truck upto 118 km/h.
Although the wheels were small, the responsive yielding suspension -- double wishbones with coils at the front, and leaf springs at the rear gave good offroad performance. It had a shiftable transfer-case for part-time 4WD.
