Yes the entire chassis has been strengthened with tubular sections. I will attach a pic of the rear part of the chassis with the additional sections.

The transmission is the original 4 speed + reverse that shifts like a truck. It is a very crude tranny, but can handle the high torque.

The rear diff has an Auburn Gear Limited slip that works great! But I do kind of miss spinning the rear tires while nailing the throttle coming out of a turn.

Regarding power steering......yes it is powered.....by your biceps
