I wouldnt buy a TN vehicle to run in KA - period!

You would be chased by the traffic police for mamool or by a goonda to stone whenever Kaveri issue crops up... road tax would be ~40k and there are flying RTO squads who would catch you on the fly... NOC will ONLY help with re-registration at a local RTO.
