Well I went through the same dilemma. I wanted the ABS, the rest I could live happily in the LS.

Thanks to all 4 disc breaks the breaking is confidence inspiring. It doesn't guarantee that the breaks won't get locked, but atleast the breaking distance is very good. Upgrade to 205 from the 195 stock tyres. Finally picked-up the LS.

If the extra lakh is manageable I will say go for the LT. But if it's stretch you can do without go for the LS. I have and am absolutely loving it.
