there's a strange issue that has come up in my palio 1.2 nv.

the coolant is leaking from a couple of places.

one major leak is at a point where a pipe/rubber tube is connected to the engine through the radiator grill.

guys please suggest a solution as the leakage reoccurs time after time even after repaira..

please note that the car is in warranty till june 22.
