Yes it will be inside primary partition, but its like any other partition for all practical purposes. It will have its own drive letter (like I: / E

I think only downside of 200 GB partition, that affects day to day use is difficulty in managing data. I find things easier to manage if partitions are earmarked for use like Music/Work/Data/Snaps.
