I had exactly the same problem in my Swift untill the last month. The car used to judder like crazy in severe traffic/uphill conditions. Just as in your case, there was no power loss at all & I used to touch 150 kmph+. But changing the clutch did the wonders. The judder is totally gone.

Upon asking, the mechanic expalined me that this happens when there is a 'flat spot' on the clutch plate just as in tyres. He showed me the damaged clutch plate in which there was a part of the asbestos lining missing (a burnt clutch). In such cases, there is no loss in power once the clutch is engaged properly. Hope this expalins your problem.
