I have had similar experience from manipal Motors service with my Fiat palio sport. Then someone suggested Greentracks at Silkboard Junction. These guys are specialised in Fiat vehicles. They have a studied approach and did a great job with my car. I have now swichted to Greentracks for good. Contact one Mr Babu who is the service manager.
