July 15 2008? There are barely any VW dealers in the country and neither is the company opening new dealerships. They have just one dealer in Mumbai! Forget Honda and Toyota, how will they compete with their own Skoda with such miniscule number of dealerships?
Off topic: One quick and cheap way to widen their dealership network would be to make all Skoda dealerships into Skoda-VW ones.
