Thanks for the response Ramky,

This is my journey back to Bangalore - I was here in my hometown for few days.
Do you think if I start early morning tomorrow. I can make it to Shirdi by evening sometime? I also want to visit Sanisingnapur and can spend a night there...

I'm not driving an SUV so I may be slower than what you took to reach Shirdi via Saputara route..

Let me check how many KMs its going to be from Singnapur to Bangalore and road conditions that would decide the time I'm going to take....
